This Staff Engineer provides advanced hands-on development, technical design, and architecture without direct reports. You will lead cross-functional, multi-platform application systems while supporting engineering standards, developer experience, and mentorship. Key Responsibilities: Own technical design and development of fault-tolerant application systems

Contribute to high-level design methodology and architecture ownership

Improve internal frameworks, tools, and developer experience

Establish code review standards and engineering best practices





Mentor junior and intermediate associates through engineering standards

Requirements: At least six years of hands-on development experience

Six years in application development, data design, modelling, or architecture

Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud

Mentorship experience supporting junior and intermediate associates

Eight-plus years leading full software development life cycles preferred
