Based in Aurora, Ontario, this full time executive role works closely with the President/CEO and Executive Leadership Team.

Responsibilities span strategic planning, service delivery, people and culture, financial resources, compliance, and organizational development. The Director turns priorities into measurable operational results.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive updates, analysis, recommendations, and risk reporting

Guide Client Services and Nursing & Rehab departments

Align staffing, scheduling, workflows, and resources with needs

Oversee human resources and workforce planning initiatives





Develop corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related business or healthcare discipline

Seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience minimum

Five years of senior management or executive leadership experience

Experience leading operations, human resources, and organizational change

Ability to use KPIs for informed operational decisions
