Reporting
to the Manager,



Order Management and Customer Service, the
incumbent's primary responsibilities will
include: Accurately
entering and monitoring customer orders, managing order-related
communications, and ensuring timely
execution.
Using data to analyze and resolve
issues, assess inventory levels, proactively advise customers of
potential order conflicts, and recommend
solutions.
Managing customer relationships by
maintaining accurate customer data and ensuring records are kept up
