Significant People Partner or Human Resources Business Partner experienceExperience supporting organization, workforce, talent, engagement, and change prioritiesStrong commercial acumen and analytical capabilityAbility to influence leaders without direct authorityPost-secondary degree;

CHRL or CPHR preferredBring strategic partnering, workforce analytics, and leadership coaching expertise to SLR’s North American people agenda from Canada.
