As Structural

Designer II, you will plan structural scope, manage schedules, and interface with clients on project requirements. Your work spans substation-related consulting, foundation systems, structural supports, CAD coordination, and construction documentation. RRC seeks a self-motivated professional who can manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Define structural tasks, schedules, deliverables, and project scope
- Interface with clients to clarify requirements and provide value engineering
- Coordinate with project managers and engineering disciplines
- Develop CAD-supported drawings, construction, and material specifications




- Maintain BOMs and implement structural QA/QC procedures Requirements:
- Two to four years of structural design consulting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- STAAD Pro proficiency and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Substation engineering consulting experience preferred
- Working knowledge of IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, ASTM, NESC, and IEEE Apply independent judgment, client service, and structural design skills while coordinating RRC’s renewable energy engineering assignments.
