Key Responsibilities

- Lead residence occupancy strategies and admissions operations
- Develop forecasting models using demand and enrollment trends

- Manage budgets and support revenue forecasting Requirements:
- Three-year college graduation in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience
- Expertise in forecasting, business intelligence, and analytics
- Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
