As Subcontract Program Manager, you will lead integrated subcontractors and matrixed subject matter experts. You will manage procurement coordination, supplier relationships, cost analysis, and contractual compliance. This position supports Parsons’ Federal Solutions team and requires knowledge of federal contracting, FAR, DFAR, and CSPR guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Four-year Engineering, Business, or related degree

Ten years of related work experience

Knowledge of federal contracting and procurement administration

Understanding of financial management policies and procedures

Robust CONUS subcontractor relationships supporting contracts exceeding $20 million
