Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer problems with product, design, and customer-facing teams
- Set technical direction around impact, value, risk, and leverage
- Lead delivery and own software quality, reliability, and results
- Contribute to architecture, implementation, prototypes, code, and designs




- Develop standards for software review, testing, evaluation, and operation

Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience and technical leadership
- Solid system design and web development skills
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node, and AWS
- Experience leading production software development and operation
