Lead Microsoft 365 and digital workplace technology for Pineapple in Aylesford, Kent, working full-time from 8am to 4.30pm. This permanent Digital Workplace and Technology Lead role supports Pineapple’s global business needs. You will manage up-to-date business platforms, applications, and services while improving technology adoption. The role combines technical expertise with automation, AI-enabled technologies, security awareness, and commercial judgement.

Key Responsibilities
- Govern technology investments and align solutions with business needs
- Administer digital applications, AI-powered tools, and technology integrations
- Manage provisioning, licensing, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding
- Implement security controls and support regulatory compliance




- Maintain technical documentation, policies, and operational playbooks

Requirements:
- Strong Microsoft 365 and cloud application knowledge
- Experience managing configurations, licensing, and role-based permissions
- Practical understanding of automation and AI-enabled technologies
- Awareness of security, data protection, and regulatory requirements
