Lead Supplier Relationship Management strategy at Sun Life Canada in a hybrid setting, using business analysis and stakeholder management skills.

Reporting to the Director, Supplier Strategy & Integration, this Manager supports supplier strategy implementation and continuous improvement. The role works with Canadian business units and specialized teams to develop third-party solutions, manage supplier initiatives, and align cross-functional processes. It also contributes to the digital roadmap for Supplier Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, direct, monitor, and evaluate team performance

Develop solutions with business partners and cross-functional teams

Support outsourcing initiatives, supplier integrations, and technology implementations





Establish Supplier Relationship Management service measures and targets

Align standards with sustainability and inclusion requirements

Requirements

Expert knowledge of Supplier Relationship Management processes and technologies

Extensive experience in a similar role

Solid project management and business analysis skills

Experience coaching teams and managing stakeholders

Accounting, financial, or data analysis experience
