As a Management Consulting Manager, you will lead client assessments and complex supply chain initiatives. Apply critical thinking, business process mapping, project management, and relationship-building skills. Your work will address demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, product portfolio strategy, and logistics for middle-market clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, coach, develop, recruit, and retain consulting professionals

Lead business development, networking, proposals, and marketing content

Manage budgets, pricing, margins, billing, and engagement risk

Assess current states through data, interviews,



observations, and workshops

Develop and implement solutions for complex client initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required

Six or more years of consulting or relevant industry experience

Critical thinking and complex business problem-solving skills

Solid communication, organization, project management, and client service skills

Ability to travel fifty percent in Canada and the United States
