As Warehouse

Manager, Fleet and Facilities, you will lead integrated warehouse and field-support operations. You will manage inventory accuracy, warehouse standards, fleet utilization, warranty recovery, and facility readiness. The position partners with Supply Chain, Operations, Service, Installation, Procurement, and Finance to improve service levels, control costs, and support safe business operations. Leadership, data analysis, and continuous improvement are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory turns, aged inventory, availability, and order fill rates
- Optimize layouts, slotting, storage utilization, and serialized transactions




- Develop truck stocking profiles and monitor Parts-on-Truck performance
- Build dashboards and KPI reporting for performance management
- Reduce costs and improve service levels through process controls Requirements:
- Seven-plus years of progressive warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain experience
- Three-plus years leading teams and operational budgets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory systems
- Experience implementing Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies Use supply chain leadership, KPI reporting, inventory control, and process improvement to support productive Edmonton field operations.
