This Strategic Sourcing

Manager will develop supply options for core product lines while protecting quality, availability, and total landed cost. You will oversee material trials, supplier performance, SQF approved-supplier requirements, and incoming-lot traceability. The role partners with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Quality through the SIOP process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, qualify, and onboard overseas suppliers for core lines
- Maintain domestic backups for critical materials
- Track supplier yield, defects, delivery, claims, and corrective action




- Own SQF supplier approval and material lot traceability
- Support monthly SIOP alignment across demand and supply Requirements:
- Five-plus years sourcing in a manufacturing workplace
- Direct experience with films, laminates, paperboard, or substrates
- Technical depth assessing material trials and yield results
- Packaging, printing, converting, or digital-print experience is an asset
- Experience with approved-supplier programs is an asset Use supplier development, technical qualification, and performance management to improve SinaLite’s supply resilience and material outcomes.
