Support Canadian patients for Hims & Hers through empathetic email and chat communication. Work in-office Monday through Wednesday and remotely weekends. As a Patient Support Associate, you will provide accurate, personalized assistance across Canada.

You will work with Support and Operations in a telehealth setting, using customer service platforms, learning Hims & Hers offerings, and contributing to patient-focused service. Your communication will help build trust during every interaction.
