Lead 24x7 network operations in Mississauga with expertise in service reliability, performance, capacity, and automation across enterprise technology services. As Senior Manager, you will direct geographically distributed teams across NOC/L1, TR/L2, Performance & Capacity, and Network Automation. You will translate enterprise priorities into operational strategy while supporting reliable service delivery. The work includes stakeholder, vendor, risk, and control leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead global day-2 network operations across multiple disciplines
- Direct major-incident response, escalation, recovery, and executive communication
- Oversee performance reviews, capacity assessments, and proactive assurance
- Sponsor controlled automation for health checks, reporting, and workflows




- Establish operational readiness for technologies entering production

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressive information technology experience
- Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and matrix resources
- Enterprise network or infrastructure operations leadership in 24x7 environments
