Lead regional automation and controls across Northern Alberta, with expertise in PLCs and optimization. Work on-site in Slave Lake or remotely from Edmonton. As Tolko’s Automation and Controls Supervisor, you will guide Process Control, Automation, and Optimization systems across regional operations. Apply controls, electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing knowledge to improve safety, quality, throughput, reliability, and uptime. Support divisional leaders and Control Systems Specialists while managing projects and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide regional technical leadership for control and automation systems
- Recommend improvements supporting safety, quality, throughput, reliability, and uptime
- Guide Control Systems Specialists across Northern Alberta operations
- Design, implement,



and commission plant-wide automation solutions
- Maintain PLC, HMI, historian, networking, and control infrastructure

Requirements:
- Technical or engineering degree or diploma
- Engineer or Technologist skilled certification
- Seven-plus years in industrial controls and automation
- Leadership experience within technical or controls environments
- Allen-Bradley PLC, Rockwell Software, HMI, and networking experience Bring regional leadership, PLC programming, and process optimization expertise to Tolko’s manufacturing operations across Northern Alberta.
