Drive project delivery through cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and earned value analysis for Stantec’s Energy & Resources business. This position is based in a North American office with regular in-office presence. Reporting to the Project Services Manager, the Project Controls Supervisor leads teams supporting renewables, power delivery, oil and gas, mining, and more. You will provide performance insights, standardize delivery practices, and align staffing with operational and project leadership needs. Success depends on organization, task management, communication, and sound decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and earned value
- Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions for project performance
- Prepare accurate reports, dashboards,



and client deliverables
- Support managers with reliable cost and schedule information
- Assist proposals with estimates, schedules, and resource plans

Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of project controls experience
- Two to three years of supervisory experience
- Experience in engineering management, EPC, or EPCM environments
- Knowledge of diverse project delivery models and practices
- Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, offices, and geographies Bring senior project controls experience, analytical performance reporting, and cost-schedule leadership to Stantec’s Energy & Resources projects.
