Shape legal technology delivery at Legora in Toronto, using generative AI curiosity and commercial judgment to serve Canadian enterprise clients. This role is office-based five days weekly. The Director, Legal Engineering, will establish a scalable Canadian operating model while staying credible in product and client work. You will build the team and Team Lead layer, strengthen operating rhythm, and partner with commercial leadership. You will also translate legal problems into Legora workflows and turn successful delivery into repeatable playbooks.

Key Responsibilities
- Set Canada’s capacity model, quality bar, and operating rhythm
- Build trusted relationships with senior legal stakeholders
- Partner on priority accounts, pilots, rollouts, and escalations
- Oversee complex programs with governance,



outcomes, and risk management
- Shape Legora’s Canadian perspective on AI and legal work

Requirements:
- Ontario or Canadian legal licensing, or eligibility for licensing
- Understanding of sophisticated law firm and in-house decisions
- Experience managing and developing managers or Team Leads
- Ability to connect work with client value, adoption, and revenue
- Fluent written and spoken English; French strongly preferred Bring legal technology, generative AI, team leadership, and enterprise relationship skills to Legora’s Toronto-based Canadian market.
