Build and test new demo experiences at LotusFlare, using AI tools, experimentation, and product management expertise. Lead a four-engineer team from discovery onward. As an Intermediate Product Manager, you will create a platform that helps sales and marketing show LotusFlare’s capabilities in each customer’s business context. You will establish lightweight experiments, define evidence for market response, and decide what advances to the core roadmap. You will also make demos easier for non-technical users to prepare and operate.

Key Responsibilities
- Design processes, guides, and training for demo adoption
- Keep experiments small enough to ship quickly
- Evaluate client reactions, conference interest, and sales feedback




- Hand successful features to the core product team
- Keep unreleased features clearly labelled for sales

Requirements:
- Four-plus years of product management experience
- Experience owning products or features through delivery
- Hands-on AI tools and quick idea prototyping
- Comfort writing explicit tickets and acceptance criteria
- Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus Use AI experimentation, customer evidence, and product leadership to improve LotusFlare’s demo platform for global telecom markets.
