The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of wealth associates while overseeing client onboarding and servicing, trading activities, operational matters, escalations and process improvements.This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys developing people while remaining close to clients and the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and mentor a team of wealth associatesOversee client escalations and ensure timely, effective resolutionSupport advisors with client servicing and day-to-day operational requirementsManage client and advisor onboarding,
