This Senior

Manager, Accounting role focuses on transforming accounting operations for a complex, transaction-heavy fintech platform. You will redesign the ledger and chart of accounts, connect subledgers and source systems, and translate accounting requirements into system specifications. GAAP transactions, document technical conclusions, and turn them into policies and reliable reporting. You will also establish validation, review, and documentation for AI-enabled workflows.

Redesign the general ledger and chart of accounts

Translate product requirements into journal entries and controls

Automate reconciliations, postings, accruals, and variance analysis

Document technical accounting conclusions and related policies

Experience designing ledgers for payments, payroll, or fintech

Working fluency with AI accounting tools

Experience deploying an AI-enabled operational workflow

Python or scripting experience applied to accounting workflows

GAAP expertise, Rillet, and AI-enabled controls to modernize Wrapbook’s accounting function. #
