Drive project delivery, client trust, and team accountability at Broccolini through construction leadership, risk management, and financial oversight. As Project Director, you will serve as the senior day-to-day lead for complex construction projects. You will guide project teams, validate preconstruction planning, oversee execution, and protect health and safety, quality, schedule, P&L;, and client satisfaction. Broccolini delivers construction, development, and real-estate services across Canada’s industrial, commercial, and residential markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Set priorities, standards, expectations, and accountability for teams
- Lead design reviews, constructability planning, logistics, and mobilization readiness
- Develop risk plans and anticipate design, procurement, and coordination impacts
- Oversee critical paths, recovery plans, trades,

- Coach project managers and develop talent through feedback and assignments

Requirements:
- 15+ years leading progressive construction industry responsibilities
- Large-scale project experience in relevant construction sectors
- Proven budget, schedule, contractual, and financial performance management
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder relationships
