Shape manufacturing strategy for BIOVECTRA in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, using process systems and technology expertise with work from home available. As Principal Manufacturing Innovation Strategist, you will support GMP production of biologics and small-molecule APIs. You will evaluate technologies, improve processes, and develop capital projects. Your work addresses compliance, quality, capacity, reliability, cost, and long-term manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to engineering teams
- Guide scale-up, technology transfer, facility modifications, and lifecycle optimization
- Develop three
- to five-year manufacturing and capital plans
- Evaluate expansions, acquisitions, outsourcing, transfers, and partnerships




- Lead capital projects through commissioning and qualification

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable scientific discipline
- Ten years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Substantial biologics and/or active pharmaceutical ingredient experience
- Experience leading complex capital projects and strategic initiatives
- Knowledge of GMP, Annex 1, ICH, FDA, EMA, and Health Canada expectations Bring manufacturing strategy, GMP expertise, and capital project leadership to BIOVECTRA’s biologics and API operations.
