Job Responsibilities

- Lead the system implementation rollout across countries/regions for the last-mile delivery business; assist in testing new business processes and defining new feature requirements.




- Collect daily business requirements and follow up on feedback until resolution.
- Gather and resolve online issues raised by business teams or local technical support.
- Participate in and organize user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features; create training manuals and deliver training sessions on new features.
- Follow up on day-to-day in office issues with quick response, and continuously improve the FAQ documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of experience in project implementation.
- Experience in system implementation and rollout promotion in the express delivery / logistics industry is preferred.
- Proficient in office software, with strong communication, training, and data analysis skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, patient, and responsible, with strong learning ability and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
