Reporting to the Director, People, Culture & HSE, this Manager leads Elexicon Energy’s Health and Safety Management System. The position guides operational leaders, health and safety personnel, committees, business units and contractors. Its work supports inspections, investigations, training, corrective actions and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Health and Safety Management System development and improvement
- Oversee regulatory compliance, risk assessments, inspections and audits
- Direct incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Manage safety training,



records and completion tracking
- Report safety indicators and promote accountability across the organization

Requirements:
- Three to five years of progressive occupational health and safety experience
- Knowledge of legislation, investigations, risk assessment and safety practices
- Post-secondary education in occupational health and safety or related discipline
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence Bring occupational health and safety leadership, compliance knowledge and risk management expertise to Elexicon Energy’s operations.
