Guide Gibson Energy’s growth and maintenance capital portfolio across Calgary, Edmonton, and Hardisty, combining engineering leadership with full-lifecycle project delivery. This permanent Senior Project Manager position sits within Engineering and leads projects from initiation through closeout. You will align Operations, Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, contractors, and other stakeholders. Your work will support safe, reliable, practical solutions while strengthening project delivery practices and Gibson Energy’s Operations Excellence Management System.

Key Responsibilities
- Champion safe, reliable execution and continuous project delivery improvement
- Align multidisciplinary teams throughout design, construction, and commissioning
- Ensure regulatory, engineering, company, MOC, and asset information requirements




- Build collaborative relationships across operations and external contractors
- Provide technical guidance to less-experienced team members

Requirements:
- Professional Engineer designation and an engineering degree
- 15+ years of energy infrastructure project experience
- Robust engineering design and project management practice expertise
- Ability to anticipate business needs and regulatory issues
- PMP designation or combined project engineering experience is an asset Bring multidisciplinary alignment, technical judgment, and capital project leadership to Gibson Energy’s Engineering department.
