Shape Microsoft Fabric platform engineering at Central 1 through architecture leadership, governance, and scalable data pipeline delivery. This senior specialist will lead enterprise-scale platform design, implementation, and optimization within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. The position drives adoption of OneLake, Fabric Lakehouse, Fabric Data Warehouse, Data Factory, and Power BI. It also provides technical direction while aligning engineering practices with architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on Microsoft Fabric engineering
- Partner with Architecture teams on standards and platform best practices
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions




- Design enterprise semantic models and Power BI integrations
- Implement CI/CD with Azure DevOps and Git

Requirements:
- Eight or more years of Data Engineering experience
- Two or more years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience
- Azure data ecosystem experience
- Strong Azure DevOps and Git experience
- Experience with Fabric governance, RBAC, lineage, monitoring, and optimization Bring senior platform leadership, Fabric governance expertise, and Azure delivery skills to Central 1's enterprise data workplace.
