YVR seeks a permanent, full-time Manager, Technology Services, reporting to the Director, Data & AI. You will lead Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, and Senior Technical Analysts while setting priorities, guiding service delivery, and supporting development. Your work connects operational accountabilities with Data & AI, Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technology services team and coordinate internal resources
- Set priorities, manage workloads, and resolve operational issues
- Oversee the IT project portfolio and delivery timelines

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Five or more years leading and directing teams
- Experience overseeing technology projects and service delivery
- Solid communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
