Apply advanced BHRT expertise remotely with The Longevity Studio by GraceMed, supporting women and men through perimenopause, menopause, and hormone health. This part time Nurse Practitioner role runs one to two days weekly, with potential to become a team lead. You will provide root-cause, personalized care using hormone therapy, lifestyle optimization, nutrition, and whole-person support. The position serves patients experiencing midlife hormonal changes and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct root-cause assessments using histories, symptoms, lifestyles, hormones, and labs
- Design individualized BHRT, nutrition, behavioral, and supplement treatment plans
- Monitor hormone therapy for women and men, including safety measures




- Educate patients collaboratively and track biomarkers and reported outcomes
- Partner with Naturopaths and refine evolving clinical protocols

Requirements:
- Current board certification and Nurse Practitioner licensure
- Required menopause certification, such as MSCP
- At least two years managing BHRT for women and men
- Knowledge of hormone physiology, menopause, and male hormone health
- Functional lab, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine knowledge preferred Bring BHRT prescribing, menopause expertise, and integrative care skills to The Longevity Studio’s remote hormone health practice.
