Drive electrical, instrumentation, and HVAC maintenance performance for Discovery, a North America precious metals company. Troubleshoot systems and guide crews safely. This Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Superintendent and oversees maintenance activities under the established site strategy. The position supports high plant and equipment reliability through diagnosis, corrective action, workforce development, and workflow execution. Environmental standards and maintenance budgets remain central responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:





Manage trained crews performing electrical instrumentation maintenance Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment using test equipment or resources Investigate spills and implement preventive environmental actions Approve purchases and manage warehouse inventory materials Prepare reports, timesheets, and accident investigations Requirements:

College diploma in Electrical Proficiency with AutoCAD Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Robust interpersonal and communication skills Supervisory Common Core or supervisory experience Use electrical maintenance leadership, troubleshooting, and computer skills to improve reliability, efficiency, and safety across Discovery’s operations.
