Manage banking relationships, construction draws, covenants, and lender reporting Present weekly rolling cash flow forecasts to ownership Build underwriting, pro forma, and financing models Own multi-entity reporting,



job costing, and variance analysis Lead budgets, tax compliance, and process automation Requirements:
