Join our team...
GoDaddy is a data-driven company dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Analytics, Strategic Modeling to lead Strategic Modeling within Care Commercial Success.
In this role, you will bring together long-term revenue forecasting, customer contact forecasting, and capacity planning into an integrated business analytics capability. You will lead the team, methodologies, models, and operating rhythms that translate business assumptions into forward-looking revenue, demand, capacity, and workforce scenarios.
You will partner closely with Care leadership, Finance, Operations, Recruiting, Command Center, and other cross-functional teams to identify risks, evaluate tradeoffs, and provide recommendations that inform financial and operational decisions. This role is focused on long-range strategic modeling, forecasting, and decision support,

rather than day-to-day workforce scheduling or intraday management.
What you'll get to do...
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Business Analytics team responsible for long-term revenue forecasting, contact forecasting, capacity planning, and strategic modeling.
• Establish an integrated modeling framework that connects commercial assumptions, customer demand, productivity, workforce capacity, hiring, training, and financial outcomes.
• Build and oversee forecasting, scenario, and sensitivity models that evaluate key business drivers such as demand, conversion, productivity, AHT, attrition, automation, and hiring timelines.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable capacity, hiring, training, and investment recommendations, clearly communicating outlook, risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs to senior and executive leaders.
• Establish standards for forecasting methodology, model governance, validation, backtesting, documentation, and continuous improvement while advancing automation, scalability, predictive accuracy, and speed to insight.
Your experience should include...
• 8+ years of experience in business analytics, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, capacity planning, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated success developing analytics professionals and leading complex, cross-functional analytical initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience building and improving forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic planning capabilities, including time-series forecasting, model validation, backtesting, and sensitivity analysis.
• Strong SQL proficiency and working knowledge of Python and/or R for analytical modeling, automation, or forecast development, along with experience utilizing business intelligence tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Solid financial and operational acumen with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear, data-driven recommendations and influence senior and executive stakeholders.
You might also have...
• Experience building or scaling a centralized forecasting, strategic modeling, workforce analytics, or capacity planning function.
• Experience supporting large-scale customer care, contact center, sales, or other high-volume service operations.
• Experience integrating revenue forecasts, customer demand, workforce capacity, and financial planning into a unified business model.
• Advanced experience with statistical or time-series forecasting methods and developing automated or scalable forecasting solutions.
• A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or another relevant quantitative field.
We encourage you to apply even if your experience or skillset doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement. We value a wide range of backgrounds and transferable skills, and we are excited to support learning and growth.
