Design Ceph, VMware, and enterprise infrastructure architecture for Insight Global’s customer product and next-generation platform. As Senior Infrastructure Architect, you will own on-premises data centre architecture across servers, networking, storage, virtualization, and power. Reporting to the Director, Engineering and Architecture, you will design for performance, reliability, security, business continuity, and cost. You will bridge hardware and software teams while supporting customer deployments. Key Responsibilities:

Architect resilient infrastructure on commodity hardware Design Ceph object, block, and file storage Integrate Dell servers with VMware ESXi and vSphere Drive Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD,



and automated deployment Troubleshoot issues across hardware, storage, network, and software Requirements:

15+ years in systems engineering or IT infrastructure 8+ years architecting enterprise systems infrastructure Production Ceph design, deployment, and operations experience Hands-on Dell server and VMware virtualization experience Solid disaster recovery and high-availability design knowledge Bring Ceph expertise, infrastructure architecture leadership, and automation experience to Insight Global’s enterprise platform environments.
