Lead facility operations, maintenance, and capital planning with CBRE on a 14-day rotation between Calgary or Edmonton and Kearl Lake. As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will oversee building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio. The position supports Property Managers on repairs and investment plans. You will supervise staff, coordinate technicians and vendors, manage budgets, and address operational issues. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop facilities employees Schedule daily activities, assign tasks, and track deadlines Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians and contractors Manage capital projects, budgets, and variance reports Conduct inspections and implement operational improvements Requirements:

Ability to work from Calgary or Edmonton Availability for 14 days on, 14 days off Ability to travel to Kearl Lake for rotations Knowledge of facility operations and maintenance Ability to solve complex technical and operational problems Apply facilities leadership, maintenance coordination, budget management, and operational problem-solving across CBRE’s Kearl Lake assignment.
