You will support commercialization, strategic transactions, collaboration initiatives, and intellectual property protection. The position suits an experienced in-house lawyer with technology-sector exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Support technology commercialization and licensing initiatives

Requirements

Significant intellectual property law experience

Technology licensing and commercialization experience preferred

International portfolio management experience preferred

Licensed lawyer in Ontario

Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives

Use legal expertise, commercial judgment, and team-oriented leadership to advance technology development and intellectual property initiatives.
