Reporting to the Director, IT Strategy & Innovation, the Manager, CRM Program oversees concurrent CRM initiatives and their connected priorities. You will maintain portfolio clarity, balance timelines and constraints, and establish practices supporting visibility and accountability. Salesforce exposure is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate CRM initiatives from initiation through delivery

Reprioritize backlogs and adjust delivery timelines

Align executive steering committee and product owner priorities

Establish reporting cadences,



intake processes, and documentation standards

Track program-level risks, issues, and decisions

Requirements

Seven-plus years of progressive program or project management

Experience managing concurrent projects and delivery constraints

Robust relationship-building across diverse stakeholder groups

Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methods
