Lead people and technology products at Purolator using product ownership, team coaching, and delivery expertise. This hybrid position includes three office days weekly.

The Technology Project Manager partners with Operations, Retail, Shipment Resolution, and agent management teams to prioritize valuable technology work. You will guide internal employees, external delivery partners, and cross-functional teams while shaping product roadmaps, features, defects, and technical debt priorities. Mobile applications, APIs, integrations, cloud services, and production stability are part of the technical context.

Key Responsibilities

Coach employees through development, goals, performance, and support

Coordinate external resources and establish delivery expectations

Prioritize features, defects, enhancements, and technical debt





Partner with operations teams to understand frontline needs

Support production issues, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement

Requirements

Five or more years in technology, product, or ownership roles

Demonstrated people leadership with internal direct reports

Experience leading external contract resources and delivery partners

Experience translating needs into stories and acceptance criteria

Technical comfort with applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud

Combine people leadership, product prioritization, and technical understanding to strengthen Purolator’s technology delivery and application stability.
