As a Braze Architect, you will serve as technical and strategic authority across Braze, CDPs, reverse ETL, analytics, and cloud warehouses. The role requires target-state architecture, engineering governance, stakeholder advising, and practice building. You will connect platforms including Hightouch, Amperity, Amplitude, and Snowflake while guiding enterprise delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Define Braze reference architectures for identities, data, brands, and regions Design secure integrations across CDPs, warehouses,



and source systems Architect Canvas Flow orchestration across engagement channels Lead implementation, migration, and optimization programs Build reusable EXL accelerators, templates, and playbooks Requirements:

Eight to twelve years overall experience Five or more years hands-on Braze experience Three or more years in architecture or development roles Advanced SQL and Python or JavaScript proficiency Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field Bring Braze, CDP integration, data architecture, and enterprise delivery expertise to EXL's customer engagement practice.
