Build production AI agents with Python and RAG for Brilliant Harvest’s remote-first platform, owning features from concept through deployment. As an AI Engineer, you will design agents that plan, use tools, and complete multi-step tasks. You will develop RAG pipelines, document ingestion, and LLM integrations supporting those agents. Working with the Lead AI Engineer and broader AI team, you will own well-scoped features end to end while growing into larger problems. Key Responsibilities:

Design and ship production AI agents across Brilliant Harvest Implement orchestration, memory, tools, guardrails, and human checkpoints Evaluate task success, tool accuracy, cost, and latency Build RAG, ingestion, evaluation, and automated quality components Investigate retrieval,



tool-call, ingestion, and answer-quality issues Requirements:

Three-plus years’ software engineering or data science experience At least one year building AI, machine learning, or LLM applications Practical experience with agents, tool calling, and MCP Solid Python proficiency and modern backend language experience Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure Apply Python, RAG, agent orchestration, and evaluation expertise to ship reliable AI features at Brilliant Harvest.
