The Operational Excellence Leader leads Canadian Service Tools and Operational Supplies programs. This role manages procurement, calibration, repair, suppliers, inventory, lifecycle requirements, and the $1.25M+ annual budget. It also drives DMS preparedness, ServiceMax readiness, CAPA activities, and sustainable operating mechanisms across Service. Key Responsibilities:
