Lead Canadian finance operations remotely at Employment Hero, using payroll expertise and accounting leadership across a global team. This hands-on Finance Manager role leads the Canadian finance team alongside Global Finance. You will run monthly close, manage payroll and tax calendars, and work across time zones with Australian colleagues, advisers, and auditors. Key Responsibilities:
Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis Prepare ARR, KPI, and monthly reporting packs Review Canadian payroll and process corrections Coordinate tax filings, remittances, T4s, and ROEs Coach two Senior Financial Analysts and document controls Requirements:
CPA designation or equivalent Five-plus years of accounting experience Hands-on Canadian payroll experience GST/HST and provincial sales tax knowledge Robust NetSuite or similar ERP experience Apply Canadian payroll, close management, tax knowledge, and team leadership across Employment Hero’s remote finance operations.
