As Design Studio Manager, you oversee operational workflows that connect purchaser selections with construction schedules and profitability. You lead staff development, review selection documents, maintain product information, and collaborate with Purchasing, Estimating, Production, Sales, Construction, and Warranty teams. The work combines design judgment with precise administration. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate workloads, schedules, deadlines, and onboarding documentation Prepare pricing requests, upgrade documents, and purchase orders Sign off on selection packages, addendums,



and purchaser files Collaborate across departments to align construction and selection workflows Research design trends and expand profitable product selections Requirements:

Willingness and ability to complete daily physical labour Clean driving record and driver’s abstract Ability to maintain task lists and daily reports Understanding of MOL requirements and reporting structures Commitment to detail, growth, and career development Use design operations, documentation accuracy, and cross-functional leadership to strengthen eQ Homes’ customer and construction processes.
