This Production Supervisor oversees administration and shop production under the Branch Manager. The position directs supervisors and foremen while managing safety compliance, production volume, costs, quality, and delivery dates. It also supports inventory, equipment maintenance, personnel development, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Direct supervisors and foremen across safety and production priorities Manage staffing, work schedules, and overtime hours Oversee hiring, training, evaluation, and employee performance Coordinate inventory and reinforcing steel ordering Maintain equipment,



facilities, and preventative maintenance programs Requirements:

Five to eight years of reinforcing steel or field experience At least three years of supervisory experience Knowledge of OH and S industrial safety standards Experience implementing continuous improvement or project improvements Effective communication, organization, and problem solving skills Apply production leadership, safety knowledge, and workforce management to Nucor Rebar Fabrication’s shop operations.
