Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, the Design Specialist oversees design from RFQ through close-out. The work supports design-build and construction projects through consultant coordination, risk management, client engagement, and technical guidance. Graham delivers projects across Canada, including hospitals, schools, entertainment venues, and multi-family residences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design processes from project planning through execution
- Coordinate consultants and project stakeholders across teams
- Manage design schedules, budgets, risks, and resources




- Maintain client relationships and communicate technical information
- Mentor Design team members and promote quality standards

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related technical field
- Two to three-plus years supporting design-build or construction projects
- Exposure to project leadership and stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Revit, and Navisworks
- PMP, P.Eng., LEED, ACONEX, or Revizto considered assets
