As Product Owner of the Monitoring and Observability Foundation Service, you will shape service capabilities, governance, and effectiveness. Your work connects enterprise architecture with technology and business stakeholders. The position covers monitoring platforms, event management, integrations, and operational practices across on-premises, hybrid, cloud-native, and SaaS environments. Key Responsibilities:

Own the observability service strategy, roadmap, governance, and backlog Advance logs, metrics, traces, dependencies, and actionable insights Oversee Dynatrace platform health, access, lifecycle,



and costs Guide ServiceNow Event Management and ITSM integrations Manage vendors, contracts, licensing, performance, and escalations Requirements:

Seven years in monitoring, observability, IT operations, or related disciplines Degree or diploma in technology, engineering, or related field Product, service, or platform ownership experience Experience translating strategy into roadmaps, backlogs, and capabilities Robust analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills Bring enterprise observability, Dynatrace, ServiceNow, and roadmap leadership to EDC’s technology operations service.
