Deliver community nursing care across Leamington, Kingsville, and nearby areas using patient assessment and individualized care planning. This is a full time position.

As a Registered Nurse with ParaMed, you will provide scheduled visits for patients of all ages in diverse settings. You will help patients remain comfortable at home while managing differing care complexities. The position requires professional documentation, collaboration, and relationship building during each patient encounter.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess individualized patient needs using appropriate assessment tools
- Execute and continuously monitor patient care plans
- Build rapport and trust through collaborative patient engagement
- Maintain and update professional patient records
- Provide required after hours on call coverage

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse registration with the CNO in good standing
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel between patient residences
- Reliability and flexibility for community nursing visits
- Community care experience is an asset
