Provide pre-hospital care as a Primary Care Paramedic with Shared Health in Cranberry Portage, working in person with ERS and clinical technology.

This full time clinical position serves Cranberry Portage ERS in the North Zone. The schedule includes days, standby coverage as required, and on-call duties, with 12-hour shifts. You will apply paramedic training, patient relations experience, and Shared Health clinical protocols while supporting individuals from diverse cultural, social, and ethnic backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide pre-hospital care as an Emergency Medical Responder or Primary Care Paramedic
- Respond to ERS calls across varied conditions and vehicle types
- Use Shared Health ERS technology, software, and equipment
- Apply clinical protocols, care maps,



and associated documents
- Support patient relations and customer service interactions

Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited Primary Care Paramedic program
- Current Manitoba Primary Care Paramedic practice certificate
- Valid Class IV Manitoba driver’s license
- Basic Life Support level C or equivalent
- Physical fitness assessment and clinical knowledge test required
