As Interim Manager of Program Operations, you will oversee daily delivery, supervise staff, and liaise with government administrators. You will manage applications, claims, budgets, reports, and program records while supporting agreements and established procedures. The role also advances quality assurance, evaluation, tracking systems, and process improvements across programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily program delivery, timelines, budgets, and performance targets
- Review cost-share applications and claims for accuracy
- Supervise senior program staff through guidance and evaluations
- Prepare operational reports for funding agents and leadership




- Coordinate procedures, evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Related post-secondary degree in agriculture or environmental fields
- Two to five years’ progressive program administration or delivery experience
- Demonstrated staff supervision and multi-program management experience
- Funding, cost-share, and government reporting experience
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
