As a Learning Developer, you will create digital and instructor-supported training for business needs. The work involves organizing complex information, collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and applying instructional-design principles. You will also use authoring tools, multimedia development, and emerging AI-enabled technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain digital learning solutions
- Translate business content into practical training
- Manage project timelines, testing, and implementation

Requirements:

- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience
- Three years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of instructional-design principles and ADDIE
- Strong written communication and information organization skills
- Experience with stakeholders or subject matter experts
