Lead asset health and technical response as a Senior Operations Engineer with AltaGas in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Work five days office-based with regular site travel.

Reporting to the Lead Engineer, Operations, you will own technical health and situational awareness for assigned assets. Apply engineering judgment across asset performance, technical risk, process safety, and operational issues. Coordinate field leadership, engineering resources, and project teams to support safe, reliable, and sustainable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain awareness of asset performance, constraints, and regulatory requirements
- Lead troubleshooting during equipment and process safety challenges
- Identify risks and drive mitigation actions toward resolution
- Develop reliability, optimization,



and maintenance investment opportunities
- Provide technical oversight for governance, projects, and incident response

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
- P.Eng., P.L. (Eng.), or P.Tech. (Eng.) registered with APEGA
- Minimum 10 years of oil and gas industry experience
- Robust written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to operating sites
